Inaccessible Areas
Menzi Muck all-terrain mobile excavators are the ultimate machines for providing power and safety to the most inaccessible of areas and Exc@v8 have a great deal of experience in delivering and supporting these machines throughout complex works taking place in inhospitable areas.
With the ability to work on gradients in excess of 70 degrees, climb vertical steps of over 5 metres and wade in water over 2 metres deep - all whilst carrying work tools more commonly found on excavators of over twice their size, the Menzi Muck is a true high-output access-all-areas machine. Whether it be routine land or river maintenance, remote construction, demolition or remediation, or rapid response type emergency landslip or flooding containment and stabilisation, the Menzi Muck is up to any task and will reliably provide high-performance in any situation. With well over a decade of walking excavator knowledge, Exc@v8 are your perfect partners to deliver the 54 years of heritage that Menzi Muck bring to any worksite situation.

Remote Access
Remote site? No road access? Need a solution that leaves not a mark on the floor? Wish you could fly everything in and out? The Woodliner cable crane is the perfect solution for you.
The Woodliner is a radio remote-controlled, self-propelled carriage that enables all-terrain operation without a mainline, auxilliary or haulback rope.
The Woodliner 3000 carriage is very well suited for steep terrain removal of timber in conjunction with a combination yarder or with other rope systems but can also be used effectively in mountain and steep slope construction and remediation projects, remote access material supply and on projects where conventional cranes do not have the radius or capacity to cope with demands - reservoir construction and maintenance for example.
It can be used for uphill transport, but excels at horizontal and downhill transport. The Woodliner provides a three-tonne lifting capacity from an internal winch with up to 80 metres of rope capacity and can travel horizontally almost any distance across the worksite or along the haulway. With automatic driving functions, high travel speeds, fast assembly times and low running costs, the Woodliner provides safe, innovative and cost-effective transport solutions in all situations.
A safety line feature is available for construction works and fork/grab/skip attachments can also be used.

Providing huge output in a compact, lightweight and flexible package, the Menzi Muck machines provide the ability to carry the largest of drills directly to even the most difficult of locations, upping production considerably when compared to using other more traditional methods.
When combined with the intelligent Menzi W135M mooring winch, the Menzi Muck drill-configured excavator can safely work in remote locations, traverse the steepest of slopes and even self-supply with drill rods and other materials, all whilst minimising operator fatigue and maximising output.
Menzi Muck - your only partner in high output, severe terrain and specialist access drilling works.
Inspection & Repair
Developed in response to market demands for a true go-anywhere 'spider lift' the Menzi Puma 42GTX is the most extreme access platform ever built.
Constructed with the technical know-how of German boom manufacturer Teupen, the Puma 42GTX utilises the legendary four wheel steered adaptable chassis and powerful upper structure of the Menzi Muck M545. Huge power outputs and oil flows make it possible to travel successfully to a variety of work sites across terrain that no other access platform could attempt and gives the ability to set-up on steep gradients and undulating ground at any angle.
Once at the worksite the Menzi Puma 42GTX is able to utilise its large boom to access an enormous working area from a single position.
With a colossal 42 metres of vertical uplift and up to 16 metres of horizontal outreach with a basket payload of up to 400kg, the Menzi Puma is truly unmatched in its sector and enables access to structures and geological worksites almost anywhere. Most critically, the PUMA can access these sites without the requirement of a haul road and infrastructure, saving huge amounts of capital over conventional methods.
From power lines and pylons to turbines and transmitters, bridges, towers, quarry faces and railway embankments, the Menzi Puma 42GTX redefines what is possible.
